You may use the website for lawful personal purposes: to learn about IVY residences, request or manage a stay, and contact the team. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access another person's account or information, upload harmful material, or use the service to mislead, harass, or break the law. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect guests, the service, or the property.

Guest accounts are for the person whose email address is verified. If you sign in with Google, you authorize Google to authenticate you and share the basic account information shown in Google's sign-in flow. Google sign-in is offered only for guest accounts. IVY staff and property partners use their separately assigned access.

An account does not itself reserve a residence or guarantee availability. Keep your account details current and contact IVY if you cannot access it.

Availability, displayed prices, and service details can change until a reservation is confirmed. An enquiry or apartment-partner request is not a guest reservation and does not hold dates. A reservation becomes binding only after IVY has accepted it and the confirmation identifies the applicable dates and terms.

Before completing a reservation, review the dates, guest count, selected services, total, payment schedule, house rules, and cancellation terms shown for that booking. Those booking-specific terms govern the stay. If they differ from these website terms, the booking-specific terms apply to that reservation.

You are responsible for providing accurate arrival and guest details and for ensuring that all members of your party follow the property rules provided for the stay.

Prices and totals are displayed in Nigerian naira unless the checkout says otherwise. Payment is handled through the payment method offered at checkout or another method IVY has agreed with you. A payment is treated as received only after IVY or its payment provider verifies it. Keep your receipt and booking reference.

Refunds, cancellation charges, deposits, and additional services are governed by the terms shown for the relevant booking. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or one-time sign-in codes to IVY by email or message.

IVY or its licensors own the website design, text, and marks. You may view and use them for personal booking purposes; you may not copy or republish them commercially without permission. Residence descriptions and photographs are provided to help you assess a stay; ask IVY if you need clarification about a feature before booking.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but online access may occasionally be interrupted or content corrected. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these website terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be published here. Updates apply from their effective date; the terms already accepted for a confirmed stay remain available with that booking.
